Crisis Training

We offer bespoke training courses for up to 20 people, which are designed to: -

• Increase skills and capabilities in crisis management decision making and communications
• Ensure managers are familiar with the company's crisis management policies and systems
• Help management teams to improve their existing levels of preparedness.

These half day, one day or one and a half day programmes are a combination of formal presentation and practical exercises during which managers are required to role-play crisis situation designed to be immediately relevant to their working situation and responsibilities. Every course is tailored to individual circumstances.

We have helped managers in Asia Pacific, Europe, Middle East & Africa to identify potential risks, handle issues and subsequently supported them in actual situations.
